(Services) Technical Project Manager Alteryx

We are hiring of Technical Project Manager Alteryx!

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and scope projects with consideration towards complexity, required infrastructure, and business impact (ROI).
• Lead and manage technical projects within the Center of Excellence through entire lifecycle: from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of scope-aligned projects to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and resolve project-related issues.

• Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in Alteryx, including its functionalities, features, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in utilizing Alteryx effectively for data analytics tasks.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Alteryx workflows and solutions to address business requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the Alteryx platform to leverage new features and capabilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical architecture and infrastructure requirements for the Center of Excellence.
• Design scalable and efficient architecture solutions that support the organization's data analytics initiatives and prepare these solutions for presentation to stakeholders and business units.
• Ensure alignment of technical architecture with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to optimize data processing, storage, and analysis.

• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment throughout project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and vendors to foster collaboration and alignment.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the data analytics project management framework.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Alteryx Core and Advanced certifications passed and unexpired.
• Strong expertise in Alteryx, including hands-on experience with building workflows, data blending, and automation.
• Proven experience (5 years) in project management, specifically managing technical projects within the data analytics domain for enterprise organizations.
• Experience in agile development and framework, including associated tools (Atlassian, Jira, Confluence) and processes (sprint planning, user stories, retrospectives)
• Prior experience in technical architecture or infrastructure for data analytics functions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working familiarity with other data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python) is a plus.
