We are hiring of People Partner!

Job Purpose

To serve as a strategic ally for Business Unit or Chapter leadership, focusing on people strategies and initiatives that enhance business performance and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leaders of assigned Business Units or Chapters to understand their operational objectives and develop aligned people strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement driven by data analysis.
  • Assist in performance Management and professional development initiatives, including managing the implementation and execution of people processes (e.g. performance management, internal mobility, etc.) and managing on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Educate and advise leadership and collaborators on people policies, ensuring compliance to the company’s standards. Uphold and adapt people processes and policies, supporting their growth and transformation within the organization.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve personnel issues. 
  • Contribute to the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Analyze trends and metrics regarding the workforce including succession planning, people development, turnover, etc.
  • Collaborate in the planning and implementation of BU and Chapter Rituals initiatives to increase team engagement and improve internal communication.
  • Identifies development and training trends and needs for business units and collaborators, acting as liaison with the learning & professional development team. 
  • Ensure all initiatives, communications, and actions are well-documented and disseminated across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Hands-on experience providing strategic HR advice to top organizational leaders
  • Extensive practical experience in People Analytics, including data modeling and visualization
  • Experience in one or more HR specialty areas (compensation, benefits, people development, diversity and inclusion, analytics, organizational development/design).
