(Healthcare AI) Tech Lead

Acid Labs is an end-to-end software design and development firm. We run a standardized but flexible agile process, focused on quality and communication. We focus on creating amazing web and mobile products, we have been involved in web and mobile development since 2006, becoming strong partners for our customers. We specialize in creating new products from a UX / UI process, developing projects from scratch and also on projects already created, working alone or as a team for improvements. We are experts in retail, custom and enterprise e-commerce software, leveraging CRM configurations and scaling sales through design and technology.

We are hiring of Tech Lead! 

Responsibilities 

• Recruit, lead, and manage a team of driven software engineers
• Develop and foster world-class modern development best practices 
• Provide seasoned technical direction and guidance for the engineering team 
• Nurture a culture of ownership and technical excellence  
• Work with product, customer success, and commercial to ensure requirements are over delivered
• Track and manage the successful delivery of software and key results

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with agile software methodologies
• 5+ years of React, Vue, or related technologies
• 5+ years of Python
• 3+ years of working in an early stage startup (< Series B)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong real-world coding skills (we will provide backend and frontend tests)
• Design and develop complex systems (distributed, eventing, trading, ML)
