(E-commerce) Data Scientist

We specialize in creating new products from a UX / UI process, developing projects from scratch and also on projects already created, working alone or as a team for improvements. We are experts in retail, custom and enterprise e-commerce software, leveraging CRM configurations and scaling sales through design and technology.

We are hiring of Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• integrate your models into our platform and software, ensuring the insights generated are accessible and actionable through our platform.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights using advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making.
• Construct and maintain data processing workflows, ensuring efficient mapping and transformation of client source data.
• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Develop complex SQL queries and Python scripts to transform and model data, tailoring configurations and fine-tuning parameters for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Interpret and communicate findings effectively through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
• Continuously optimize and refine analytical processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models that have driven business impact. 
• 2+ years of experience with applying data science principles in Retail or CPG sales/supply chain  
• Expertise in Python programming language with one or more distributed execution frameworks  
• Strong understanding of big data technologies and cloud-based data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling; experience with specialized frameworks (deep learning, optimization, Bayesian modeling, causal ML) is a plus 
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex data analysis tasks.  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
